Before you start

  • Connect to a stable WiFi network.
  • Have your QR code ready (we emailed it to you).
  • Do NOT delete the eSIM after installing it.
  • The eSIM only works with data (internet).

I have the QR saved on my phone

If you already saved your eSIM QR code in your photo gallery, you can install it directly from there without needing another device to scan it.

On iPhone

  1. 1Open Settings ⚙️ and go to Mobile Data.
  2. 2Tap Add eSIM ➕ and then Use QR Code.
  3. 3Choose Open Photo or Select from Gallery.
  4. 4Find and select the saved QR image.
  5. 5Confirm the installation and enable data roaming 🌍.

On Android

  1. 1Open Settings ⚙️ and go to Connections or Network & Internet.
  2. 2Go to SIM Manager and tap Add eSIM ➕.
  3. 3Choose Scan QR and then the gallery icon 🖼️.
  4. 4Select the QR image saved on your phone.
  5. 5Confirm the installation and enable data roaming 🌍.

Do not delete the eSIM after installing it

Once installed, if you delete the eSIM from your device you won't be able to reactivate it with the same QR. If in doubt, message us before deleting it.
